Has anyone had any experience with A+ Hosting (http://www.aplushosting.com/english/index.phtml)?

Do they have good support and the like?

What instantley raised the red flags is the unlimited bandwidth offer, what confused me is that not all the packages have it?

Granted, I'm tired and a little out of it, but I can't find any TOS where it gives the unlimited b/w disclaimer, as on most sites.

If you know anything about this company, please let me know.

See http://www.aplushosting.com/english/bandwidth.phtml.

'We consider an acceptable limit to be 1GB per dollar you pay per month (i.e.: a $20/month account can have around 20GB/month on data transfer per month)'

you can use unlimited b/w but you are not guranteed to last on the server, i know this one guy that use 200+ g/b for only like $10 and got kicked the next month

A+ Hosting is quite frankly one of the best innexpensive hosts i have ever used.

Tech support is ALWAYS there, and for me that is totally key..

They offer unlimited bandwith, which, we all know isnt true... Not a host in the world can offer that.

But if you read their Terms and Conditions, this shouldnt be a problem at all..

I was hosting a celeb site on their servers... I did like 20gb of x/fer and they shot me an email saying, we'll give you two options.

#1> Pay $1.50 per gb overage after 20gb, or
#2> Add a "Powered By A+ Hosting" button to your site.

So basically, these guys are excellent for smaller sites, (newbies), and medium sized sites alike.

Good host though, I highly recommend.

I don't trust hosts that say "unlimited bandwidth". I havn't heard anything bad about aplushosting.. only good comments.

Normally, I dont either... But for Aplushosting I make an exception... If you read their bandwith policies its drawn out in perfect detail...

I know the people at www.animewallpapers.com They used to use A+, once they exceeded 3 gigs for the "unlimited" they were booted. They aren't that bad... but just be wary.

I have never been booted for going over the xfer limit, they must not have responded to any of the A+ hosting warning emails... They are pretty cool about it and hardly ever cancell your account... I have had about 5 accounts there in the past... Never a problem.

I've been using them for over a year. They're great! Not a problem yet.

I would highly recommend them.

They are very flexible with everything regarding the account. Unlimited bandwidth isn't an issue with them. I have a medium traffic site, and they haven't bothered me about it yet. They can do this because they originally started out as a web content provider (for high traffic gaming sites). When they moved to dedicated servers for these sites, something like 80% of the server power would be unused. Then, they created the hosting company. This is why they are so flexible with their hosting packages.

I'll wait for someone else before I say much about that one
