I know on Cpanel servers you can access your website using http://server.ip.address.here/~username while the domain is propagating, is there anything like this on Plesk? Thanks

I don't think that's possible with Plesk...

A workaround may be to set your workstation's DNS to the one the Plesk server uses. You should be able to access your site right away.

Add the following to your .hosts file in Windows:

123.123.123.123 www.domain.com

By default, PLESK does not support domain previewing for named based sites.

There are steps that your hosting provider can take to make this work, but there is always manual steps involved so not all hosts will support this.

You will not see this feature in PLESK until they release version 7, probably early next year.
