I've read all the posts about dtwebworks. Although I would like to know how they are doing these days? How fast is their network and how good is the support?

What kind of upstream burst speed should I expect?

I can only say their uptime is great, the speed is great and thanks to the support I haven't experienced more downtime than I have had (which was a lot but it was a user script crashing the server so it WASN'T DT Web Works fault).
