www.ccnow.com they only charge 9% and 8% in november and december, is it good?

Actually, it's ANY service that is prohibited. You must sell a tangible product to be able to use them. I've been really happy with ProPay (http://www.propay.com). They charge 3.5% + .35 per transaction. Plus, you can accept credit cards for anything.
