1 GB of transfer is too little. Your plan targets people who are new to web ownership thus lack any
experience to run and configure their web site. This will lead to high amount of customer service.
If you are willing to offer fast and reliable customer service then you should charge them about
$5 to $10 per month. However most people will look else where due to low bandwidth.
How about boosting the transfer to 4 GB per month then you can charge people a little extra.

Truth about yearly payments.
Unless your company's name is Futurequest few people will trust you with their money.
Another problem with yearly plans is that most people can not afford a one time fee.
50%+ of your clients will be teens with little money to spend.

I like the packages at think that you could charge more then that if need be.
Only recommendation take the word 'Unlimited' out. Put a cap even if its really high, its just not a good word.
Good Luck
