I need a reselling space with these features:
1) availibilty to add additional domain pointed to sub-directories at low cost ($20/$25 per year)
2) a cpanel for each new domain all with email address, Ftp acces and cgi-bin (with no additional cost)
3)availability of virtual nameservers at low cost
4)UNIX hosting

I can't say whether unixfusion can offer this or not but generally, when a domain is just a folder within another domain, isn't it impossible to provide separate account features for the sub-hosted domain?

I am thinking that it has to share the features of the main domain (thus a bit limited). I may be way off base here.

Hi Chicken no we do not offer the Domain directory structure due to the way our server is setup.... But we can put domains in dir on an account with no feature e-mail etc...
