1) Alabanza based company
2) Excellent support (ICQ - optional, AIM - optional, Humanclick - optional, Email, Phone)
3) PHP and MySQL support
4) Allow custom packages for reselling
5) Allow to resell even though I signed up for $10 package.
6) Additional Nameserver at lower than $15 per month
7) Easy to talk to
8) Stable company
