Hey everyone

I have about 100 customers for sale. Here's some information on these customers

{*} All customers are on a quarterly paid basis - only 5-10 pay yearly
{*} Looking to close very fast
{*} Will not sign a "Non-Compete Agreement" because I have over 1,500 other customers, here's why
A. These customers were the result of a failed partnership, my ex-partner turned out to get a busier schedule, therefore I was left to manage all the customers
B. The other reason I am selling is because in my personal life (yah I have one) I am buying a new aircraft and because I just bought a new house, I need the funds from this sale to go directly to the downpayment on my plane
C. What i will do is sign an agreement stating i will never contact these customers (ever) after they are sold. I really need to get rid of them and have no intenstions of ever asking them to come back to WHN

{*} These are very manageable customers, compared to my normal customers, these are very very very low maintenance, I've run them by myself for quite a while before taking on new customers and new staff
{*} They are on a RaQ4i that resides at Hispeeds San Diego NOC with Level3, the monthly fee is $445, we are on a 18 month contract which prob has a good year left. My Expartner is going to see if we can get out of it, if so, you can either take the server - customers or just customers

I make no guarantees they will allow us out of the contract, Personally, don't screw a good thing, they are doing great where they are

{*} I think that sums it all up

Oh yah...I am asking 5x the monthly revenue, which is $5,500 for all customers ($1100 a month revenue)

This is a firm non-negotiable offer, meaning I will not accept any "I will give you ......"

Must close very fast since I run the risk of loosing the airplane :(

Total cash due at closing via Certified Check or Wire Transfer.

Upon signing a NDA, I can furnish a quick run down of what customers pay each month etc...

These funds are only going towards an airplan, I imagine the down payment is more then $5,500.

LOL, damn have i been sleeping or what!

For all who are interested, determinist is correct, we have 2 Cessnas (both now on floats)

As for the downpayment on the new 172, it was $15k and not $5,500

Thanks for visiting my site :) I will be adding a full log from Maine to Alaska when i get back, I will be out of service August 1st, picking up the 172 in Maine, and then flying to MI, then up to Alaska though Washington

I will be taking pictures and all that good stuff :) If you want to see the route Click Here! (http://peltolas.com/maine.gif)
