I'm looking for a host that offer Chat server with unicode and firewall compatible for my non-profit site at
www.viethub.org.

I found a great software at webcrossing.com but my host don't allow me to set up a new chat server.

Please let me know if there's a solution or a host that offer this service with good price

Yes, i know it. Therefore i'm just asking around about a host that already have webcrossing software in their pakcage with an affordable price.
I already have the domain, IP.... i just need a chatroom with unicode and firewall...that's all
