hello,

I was installed a apache, openssl and modssl in my linux server. But I cannot start my apache.

The condition is like this: when I start the apache with startssl it asks me to enter the password that I create b4 and when I pressed enter, it shows me the httpd is started.

When I check the apache status, I cant see there is a apache running in my system.

Can anyone help to solve this problem o give some suggestion about how to solve this kind of problem.

Did you take a look at your error_log?

The password that you created for what and how did you create it?

I think he was referring to the passphrase for his server key.
