I'm looking for free domain hosting + webspace on behalf of a friend. They don't need much, just some webspace, maybe 5-10mb and forms capability. I do know freeservers offer this but I'm wondering if there's another host out there who offer all this and perhaps more. Hoping that some of you folks out there have used others and would like to hear your experiences. :)

Creep, I believe the only exception to that is if you purchase the domain through f2s, but I'm not certain. Read it at freewebspace...
