Me and a friend are starting a computer parts/custom built computer business (Original Idea now'a'days...), but I'm a bit dubious about starting up something so serious - with so little money and no legal paper work.


Whats involved in something like this? Business license? Business plan (obviously)? Where do you get investors that will fund something like this? Where do you get a license, account, plan, etc.?


I'm sure theres someone here that has done something like this before, we're both very serious about this and are dedicating our lives to it... This is no "Summer fun job" - we've been talking about this for months - and are finally starting to plan.
