All,

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a reply from perl bill about a few questions. I need to know if they have a way to import data into their software so that I do not have to manaully enter it all from scratch. (a few thousand times)

However, I have emailed sales@ numorous times with NO ANSWER

I have emailed support@ numorous times with NO ANSWER

I even set up an account for their forum and asked there and got 0 response...

taking as far as I can, i PM'd one of the moderators 3 days ago ... and guess what ... NO RESPONSE

Is this a joke ? Why would they not want to answer a few simple questions and make 200.00 ? This is rediculous !! Any thoughts on how I can get a response or find the answers ?

PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!

I am an existing client of perbill, now my support time expired and I am not planning to renew it sometimes John have quick replies, sometimes u have to wait weeks

and if u are going to ask my opinion, perlbill 2 have lot of bugs and limitations so i suggest to go with modernbill, and I am planning to move to

I was going to suggest using the contact information at jbserve.com, but the site seems to be down at the moment.

That site did have alternate contact information on it.

I am wondering if he is away. His forums are lacking responses to the pre-sales questions as well (and he does respond to those from what I see). From what I hear he is usually prompt in his responses.

I hope everything is ok with him and I hope everyone receives responses quickly.

Well one thing's for sure.. PerlBill has very bad sales/support levels. Featurewise, they're pretty good for their money. But they need to work on their publicity aspect.

Why doesnt perlbill use their own support desk to handle support?

if u are a client then all support handled via their perlbill, BUT a ticket could be left weeks to be answered :D
