The "upgrade/downgrade an account" function in WHM doesn't enable/disable CGI. How do I enable it by hand (which file to edit...)?

I'm not sure if theres a way to enable/disable cgi for a particular user on a CP box. Maybe someone else might have an idea. I know for RaQ's, there's an easy way.

If you are running Apache Web Server, you can manually edit the httpd.conf to disallow use of CGI for a paticular domain.
