using WHM/cpanel....

I have a customer who would like to use there domain that is hosted on my server but have port 21 ( FTP) forwarded to his home IP. Im sure this can be done but could someone explain the DNS entry I have to make. A newbie walk through would be great for this.

someone told me to do this.............

Edit his DNS Zone, and then at the bottom of the edit page add a new entry called for example myhome, then enter the IP on the left side, and make sure its an 'A' record. Then hit save and all will be good.

and I still can not get this for a few customers...any one with any ideas?
