I need to setup a small webmail service for our organization... I want

1) domain specifically for mails
2) about 1000 POP's
3) Restriction of POP's space (individual)
4) User's can use a installed Web Mail service to get in...
5) optional for users to make it a forwarding a/c
6) Autoresponder
7) In as less money possible :D

is there any one like that?

If you want host to make a bid (offer) for this, I'll move ti to the Advertising Forum, as I don't think anyone is really going to know of many hosts that offer this. Report the post, asking for it to me moved if so. Not sure you'll get offers even, but worth a shot...

Ever try http://www.everyone.net or http://www.bigmailbox.com ? I don't know if those would work for you but I though I would suggest them.
