Thanks for response asap tokios.com 05-30-2003, 11:07 PM It really depends on whether you just want to publish the database content or also want the ability to dynamically update the content. There are tools out that can help you accomplish this quite easily cheers mattschinkel 05-31-2003, 03:00 AM You should try using a MySQL database, for MS Access you'll need a windows host with .ASP support (more expensive). Heini18 05-31-2003, 05:16 PM I need the ability to dynamically update the content. Right now I am using www.atfreeweb.com and uploaded my database to my fpdb folder (has RWXD permissions). I also uploaded the data access pages, but I always get: source not found. When I created the dap I used : \\cora33\fpdb\cora33.mdb, where cora33 is my username on their webserver. They told me that the database on their servers is actually stored on d:/users/cora33/fpdb/.... Their support did try to help, but all I got was, "everything seems to be fine, I can't see you doing anything wrong - we don't know why it doesn't work!" I don't know anything about asp, and I know less about MySQL and I would hate to loose the functionality of all the forms (switchboard, etc.) I've created. Which tools are you talking about? Thanks sooo much for taking the time answering my questions! Heini18 06-02-2003, 12:33 PM Please help!!!!!!!!!!!! tbnguyen 06-02-2003, 01:50 PM I can help.
