cannot access vdi.net and my server there...

I presume you asked a friend via IM/ICQ/IRC to go there first before you decided their whole network was down simply because "YOUR" computer couldnt access their network?, lol

yes i do.. "xtstrike" of course... we saw now that about 60% of our customers cannot access it but other can.
So it should be another problem with some ISP's here and international connections....

nope, its ok, just people normally dont test it from multiple locations, looks like you done the right thing :)

have you tried a traceroute from your machine and your customers to see if the packets stop at the same point from each person, maybe you can narrow it down to a single ISP with a router problem since its just a select few customers experiencing the problems.

hmmm.. I was just told that VDI has been facing another round of DDOS attacks... what i do not understand is, why only VDI?
