Does anyone know of a hosting company that offer a free reseller program, they take care of the support and billing and in turn resellers earn monthly commissions of their sales?

TIA

Try http://www.burlee.com . they seem like a really professional outfit and answer emails in the time they say that they do.

I have no problem with perl or cgi-scripts all mine execute properly. And i also find them very stable.

Cobalt servers suk. If you have any perl or cgi scripting they handle it very poorly.

You could always try http://www.webnetics.co.uk . £30/$48 a month You get unlimted domains hosted each site gets 1.5gb bandwidth and you can decide how much space you want to allocate upto 200mb. There hosted on cobalt servers which i must say are very fast.

Hello Done that :

Cobalt Raq3 is very stable if you got lots of rams on it. It handle cgi/perl quite well :)

I gotta back Done that..Cobalts do suck. A RaQ 3 has a underpowered processor and their admin screens will kill the server. We have a free reseller program as well. http://www.netfronts.com/agents/
