:confused: HEEEEELP!!! The background image, a .jpg file, that I created within the <table> tag in PHP as "background=border.jpg" shows up at the browser but neither does it shows up on the print preview screen nor when it is printed. I need your help ASAP pleeeeease!!!

If you can see it in the browser but not when you print, if you are using Internet Explorer, make sure you;ve got the Print Background Images And Colours selected in Tools > Internet Options > Advanced.
