As a person who got into the cobalt RAQ "business", I did it for it's simplicity of administration.
Need an upgrade, install a package. Simple.
So, I have a RAQ3, works ok for most things, but then the packages ...
Where is the uptodate Apache package? The version of apache is arcane. I believe the RAQ4 comes with a newer version and I even believe you can install the RAQ4 OS on the RAQ3.
Why isn't there an apache package, manual installation is dangerous and not for the novice.
I actually eMailed Cobalt a while back and they basically told me no apache package was planned.
Item number 2. Some kind soul took the time to make a webalizer package. However it was for a very old version, and had multiple configuration issues which made it somewhat cumbersome.
I believe a lot of cobalt RAQ3 are still being sold, anyone else tried eMailing cobalt? maybe they'll feel sorry for us and release more "feature-packed" packages such as PHP, Apache and updated Webalizer.
