Hi,

We have a user from Autralia who is unable to browse his site on our server which is hosted in US data center.

From the information he provide, he is able to tracert to the domain .He also did a nmap from his end and what strange is that one of the result in http is being "filtered".I have did a nmap from our end but the http is "Open".:confused:


What will be the possibilites of this scenario to happen?What can I do in my end to further investigate this?

If he can tracert and ping the domain it's not a routing issue, ask him to contact his ISP regarding outbound filtering.
