I would like to offer myself as a part-time tech support person, you can always place me behind tech support /ticketing systems and I should be able to handle customer enquiries and clients' requests.

Walter, yes I'm offering webhosting services, but only to local clients (in Malaysia) as I'm not in any condition to serve the international/US market. :D

Of course, being professional enough, I know what to do and what not to do (I won't like actually pull customers away to my own services, dont worry)
