I have a problem with thWHNBilling and contacted the support and have had no responce. It's now been 4 days. They were pretty good at first now their slowing way down. I'm not one to complain and I give people the beneifit of the doubt, but 4 DAYS!!!

I believe their support guy for that billing is on vacation right now. He should be back soon .

I never seen a email from you regarding support (nor a trouble ticket)

If you emailed Simon, you will get a auto responder clearly stating his out of the office all month

If you want, I think Brendan can help you. If he cant, email me at gary@www-hosting.net and I will pass the problem (if its a dire emergency) to Simon using a special email account he is checking every 2-4 days. If it can wait, he will be back in the office at the end of the month and will certainly be able to help you, as with anyone that lives and breathes a internet business, he will be backlogged for about a week with emails and existing problems

We do not offer a free download of WHNBilling, but we do have a online demo which is idential to our Professional version on our website (http://www.webhostingbilling.com)

Simon is still gone, but for dire emergancies, he does check his email when he can get to a computer. From what i hear, its pretty hard to get internet access in Paris
