what are your needs and how much can you afford? Surely many hosts here will offer you their plans as to make your choice more diverse ... other people can also give you suggestions, if they know what you are looking for :)

Yup...I know exactly what I'm looking for.

Specs: 100 megs+, subdomains, CGI-bin, SSL, 2gb + bandwidth, fast servers...etc...etc... for less than $115 US per year. I need enough space/features to keep an e-zine, webdesign site, blog, and entire collective network, [and whatever webpage ideas I have buried in my mind] running.

I've done about 2 weeks of research. I seriously have about 100 bookmarks of webhosting companies in my "favorites" folder...but I currently cut down my list to around 5 companies. It's tough work looking for a suitable host. :emlaugh:

How long has Technohosts been around? One would like to know that they have some reliably established history before one commits to a yearly payment. ;)

york maybe you can list all 5 that your looking at, and people can tell you if they have had sites with them and how it turned out? just an Idea

A little update to my experience with them
I mailed them to get some e-mail accounts setup on my domain.Well its been over two weeks now and not one response to two different e-mails Ive sent.Now your probably asking why didnt you set em up your self thru the control panel? Well thats because they couldnt get the CP setup for my account.
Anyhow Ive since moved to a new host.I wouldnt say the problems I have had will be the norm for Technohosts but I also cant say Ive had a good relationship with them.

We have moved servers and our sorry to here of your problems with us. The week you joined was a weird week, as we were moving to the Globix Data Center and were having config problems that whole week. Your emails were not recieved probably because of the change of backbone....etc

I'd have to say, Technohosts is gettin better! It was hard using their CP at first, but then I started experimenting, I got some sub-domains working, and am now trying to figure out how to make pop 3 e-mails. My last host was in australia and really sucked, no sub-domains, no real support. Technohosts is online on aim almost all the time, they help me out all the time. It may take them a few minutes to reply, but it is well worth it at the end. my site is Stryke Network (http://strykenet.com) , and it loads incredibly FAST! I would tell anyone about this fantastic host.

My roommate just pointed me to this host. Looks great from what I can see. I am going to check them out a little more when I get home. Roommate said they answered the humanclick for him right away. Mind you this is 10:30PM. That isn't bad in my book ^_^.

Well all, I just signed up with Technohosts. For thoes interested I will be keeping a diary of the service I recieve :)
