So from my lookup, it seems that it's under Virtualis... or a reseller under it (if any) ;) :D

it is usually smart to stay away from any of virtualis's many webhosting companies.

Their own site is being hosted at Virtualis, but their clients' accounts are setup and hosted on Alabanza machines through a deal that they have with an Alabanza reseller (can't remember the name). That was some time ago, they may have switched to something else since.

Just wanted to reply regarding the servers we use. We do host host4profit.com at Virtualis/Adgraphix/hosting.com (whatever they are calling themselves today) as they are/were a little more understanding about reselling websites.

We did use Alabanza as our main set of servers until they implemented their outragous price increases back in Nov 2000. Since then, we have built our own Control Panel and DSM area (calling ours WEBePanel).

We use Dialtone Internet servers at this time and are almost fully migrated away from Alabanza (whom seems to be focusing on smaller clients vs larger clients as they have made no attempt to keep us or another other client with over 2500 web hosting clients).

Just a coda to the above: Alabanza isn't making much of an attempt to keep any client, no matter what size, based on what I've seen thus far.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled topic.

Wow, and they can afford this behaviour? :D
