How to tighten security on named by setting up named.conf?

I found some information about setting up ACL on named.conf for intranet.
But, How to set up for internet web hosting?

If your using a RAQ server, I recomend u leave that alone, it should all be working fine, if you play with it u can STOP your GUI from working and thats not nice, Trust me I have first hand exsperence with it.
