i quite like the look of mediatemple.net ( www.mediatemple.net ) and their 'shared servers' ... almost exactly what i'm looking for ... does anyone have any experience with them ... recommendations or criticisms? ;)

well, they have a nice site. :) All I can say is that their prices seem reasonable, if not a tad expensive... :)

Try searching for them on this forum.

I know a few websites that run from MediaTemple (a few are rather bandwidth intensive) and from what I know their speed and, at the very least, uptime is very good.
