Using the following as a small example: 500mb, 10gb, I'm looking for a method to allocate resources by dividing out domains into subdirectories similar to this:

1 public_html/ <-- host1.com

2 public_html/reseller2/ <-- reseller2.com 200mb, 4gb of 10gb
3 public_html/reseller2/client1/ <-- domain4.com 10mb/1gb subset of reseller2

4 public_html/reseller3/ <-- reseller3.com 200mb, 4gb of 10gb
5 public_html/reseller3/homepages/homepage1/ <-- reseller3.com/homepages/homepage1/ - 10mb/1gb subset of reseller3
6 public_html/reseller3/homepages/homepage2/ <-- domain5.com 10mb/1gb subset of reseller3

Each domain or subspace should have their own bandwidth and space allotment. Will WHM/Cpanel or some other control panel do this or some parts of it? I assume most will provide for lines 1 - 4, but not sure about 5 & 6. Is this something available to a reseller?
