I don't mean a reseller account.

My customers just need 5-10MB for web space, FTP and 1 POP3 email for each package.

So, I want to find a web hosting that let me resell my space (about 300MB-500MB), unlimited domains parking, unlimited FTP accounts (or at least 50-100 accounts), 10GB banwidth, CGI-BIN, PHP, FrontPage Extension, less than 15USD/mo and the most important : fast server & fast connection.

I'll pay in yearly and buy for 5 or 10 accounts like that.
