I found this fake escrow site:
http://www.safep2ptrade.com/

How do I know it's fake? Because CarBuyingTips.com (http://www.carbuyingtips.com/fraud.htm) has pictures of the EXACT SAME SITE except with a different name listed half way down the page!!

I almost fell for it! I knew something was wrong when the WHOIS said they registered just 3 days ago, but wasn't sure until I saw the Car Buying Tips site.

Problem is what do I do about it?

Find the IP. Try to see who owns the IP. If you are unable to get a company/datacenter, email the upstream provider directly. That should get it taken care of if it is infact NOT legit.

Of course it isn't! Why would an legit escrow company rip other peoples website?

It could very well be a template from one of the template resellers such as Template Monster.

Without more details, it is IMPOSSIBLE to say that this site is a fake, fraud, or con job.

The site is only four days hold, and if it's a fraud the perp. is pretty thick:

Whois info:

mandelov stoyan

Phone: 9259691654
Email: djlenroc@djlenroc.com

The site does look a little untrustworthy, scant on details and no sign of, say, SSL.
