Looking for a restore CD for a RAQ3, can anyone point me to where it can be purchased or downloaded ?

All OSRCD ISO can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.cobalt.sun.com/pub/iso/

Check the README file for ISO image -> product matching.

FYI, I'd put a RaQ 4i OS on it myself. It's more up-to-date than RaQ 3, and you get PHP and ASP built in. Also, RaQ 4 was only recently EOL'd by Sun, whereas RaQ 3 was EOL a long time ago. There will be more patches and sustaining support for the RaQ 4 OS than RaQ 3.

And you *can* put the RaQ 550 OS on it, but it's not always a bulletproof install. You can end up breaking your RaQ pretty severely, but if you can make it work, you get all the RaQ 550 capabilities, only with a lot less hardware "oomph" behind it all. :)
