Second, Freewebs - http://freewebs.com - is a free webspace provider that doesn't provide, to my knowledge, domain registration. Third, yeah, mail me $8.88 and I'll give you a FREE domain name. The $8.88 is for shipping, handling and labor. Having you mail instead of, say, Paypal me is so I have the information to go into the WHOIS.
