well linuxwebhost.com very normal prices and the control panel looks powerful too... similar to albanza.com as Cephren found that out...
so does any one used it before ?

Could not argree more, bad tech support, terrible billing dep.- it takes few days to reply to emails, and takes for ever to solve problems.
But yes they do have great packages and features.

I forgot to add, - linuxwebhost billing is comming from Hosting Ventures, Inc ( hostingventures.com ) , I guess they are part of hostingventures.

I had one of my sites over there - but yep, the tech support was really really slow. It even took 3 days for them to respond to my cancel request when I moved the site over to Aletia.
I was also annoyed that the price went up from $7.95 to $9.95 within a few weeks of signing up.
You will get a much better spec and support from http://www.aletiahosting.com (who don't charge $5 just to setup sub domain hosting!)

They have A LOT of websites. They used to have great tech support 2+ years ago, but couple months ago after they kept charging my account after I canceled it two times. It took about 1-2 weeks to just get a reply. Probably around 2 months to get the account fully canceled. I wouldn't recommend them.

I hosted with them a long time ago. They used to be owned by a private co. (Rogers internet) but were sold to hostingventures during the big Alabanza price hike. They still send me invoices for accounts cancelled 1+year ago today. I agree with the support/billing response times above. I like how you can see their banner ads still showing the price of $7.95 yet, the increased it to $9.95 a long time ago.

Linuxwebhost is an Alabanza reseller.
I've been a linuxwebhost reseller for about seven months now, and am just about ready to move myself and my clients down the road to one of their competitors. Here's part of the reason why:
As others here have stated, horrible, horrible customer support. The pits. You can count on at least two days passing before you get a response to emailed support requests, and there is no support available on weekends, regardless of what they claim on their site. They are friendly enough when you eventually do hear back from them, but sometimes friendly just aint enough.
Furthermore, if you call outside of normal business hours - which appears to be 9-5 or thereabouts - they use the old Jumpline trick * (see below) of having an outgoing answering machine message that says "all of our staff are currently busy assisting other callers", when the reality is that no one is actually there at all.
The last two problems I had - and I'm not talking some small technical snags, but two rather large security issues - I never heard back from them, and had to go directly to Alabanza for help. If you know anything about Alabanza, you know that they would never directly help an end user of one of their hosts unless the problem was a big one, and even then, it's iffy. Alabanza helped me immediately. On a weekend. Twice.
There is significantly more to the story of my unhappiness with Linuxwebhost, which I may or may not post depending on how a current "situation" I'm having with them pans out.
OK, that said, their hosting packages are dirt cheap and fairly feature-rich. They are on Alabanza servers, which means good reliability/uptime, and decent speed as long as they do not overload them with too many sites. Their reseller plan rocks.
If they could get it together in the support department, they could be among the best out there. Right now, I can not recommend them in good conscience.
-Bob
(*)Not to disparage Jumpline, but this is what they were doing as recently as January of this year when I was still a customer of theirs. It's my understanding that their support may have improved since then.

Can't say much more than ditto's to the messages already posted.
They used to be pretty decent when it was Roger's Internet, moved to them after masslinux went down.
I have since started moving my accounts off of their servers.
Overbillings, accounts taking forever to come up, go away, taking days to respond to email/calls, it was just too much.
