Hello,
What business type do most small hosters choose when forming the business. LLC, S Corp, C Corp, other and what made you pick the one you did.

I think the most common form of business is a LLC... there was a discussion on this earlier.. could you please do a search for it by clicking here (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?)

Here in Canada we don't have LLC. I registered a sole ownership company, it cost me $32 cnd (about $20 USD) and opened a commercial bank account. Don't have to charge taxes before i earn a gross $30,000 cdn..have to pay taxes myself though :) (the smile don't means i LIKE to pay taxes ;) )

What that damn paperclip??? AHHHHHHHRRRRRRGGGGH! :D
Thread question:
As a small biz, you'd probably want either LLC or S Corp. though maybe even DBA just to start off. DBA doesn't offer the liability protection that LLC/S Corp. does, but it is easier to deal with in terms of start up and taxes, etc. I'd consult a CPA and discuss it, generally worth the price (to save you from making a mistake later).
