Have any of you guys used a 3rd party 24 * 7 NOC not just monitor your site but to fix things.
 | View Full Version : 24 * 7 Noc Sheps 05-26-2003, 09:23 AM NOC's normally don't monitor your site specifically. They monitor the server, and only if you have some sort of Management plan. If you have a unmanaged rented server, or a unmanaged colocated server, you are on your own. |
