Usage report has not yet been generated. Reports are generated nightly for each site if activity has been logged.

Does this happen because I have not tuned on the Access By Domain Web Reports :confused: ??

No, I believe it takes 24 hours for the logs to be generated for a newly created account.

as brandon said you have not had your raq for more than 24 hours yet
install webalizer you will be happy you did much better reports

I had that problem too for a while then I realized that is because there were no traffic for some of those domains that I had parked and did nothing.

Trying accessing viewing it and wait a day or two to check to see if the stats are created. It should be.

If not, the Crond may not be running or something.

But my sites have been up for over a week! Now I have turned on Access By Domain Web Reports but nothing has happened yet!

I forgot to say that I have a few domains there for many days but statistics are not generating for web, e-mail and ftp.

On my RAQ3 the usage information have stopped since march!

I have had the buggy webalizer 1.3, which i tried uninstalling, then reinstalled the updated 1.3, then uninstalled that to.

That was 2 days ago and still no updates to the internal RAQ3 stats.

The internal RaQ stats are... well... not very good.

I would install Webalizer 2, it's what most people need. Urchin might be a choice too, but if you only want to buy one copy - it might be a bit expensive.
