Hi,

i just in the beginning to use Server with Plesk. I think it a very good Serversoftware not perfect but for he pice its great.
I had problems to install mod_gzip and to change the mysql settings.

I sent an mail with my problems to plesk.
They imidiately offers me to do this for me on the server and and an couple of hours later it was done without any costs !

I think this is service and for me its shure that in the futere i only use Plesk whenever it´s possible.
