I would like to sign for an account to be used for a client Mailing Lists which is about 25000 and it will be 200000. can I do that in your Starter Plan.

To be honest, I've never had a client with that large a mailing list so I'm not sure what the space requirements might be.

I'm pretty sure that you'd run out of bandwidth in a hurry. You'd probably be better off going with one of the specialized list servers.
