I am confused about how much ram I have (with a raq4i):

-when i go through the diagnostics screen (clicking on the top left logo in the admin area) it says I have 128megs of ram

-when I go through "System Status" menu on the left then click on "memory" on the right ... it says:
Total memory on the system is 259572 KB

which should I believe

the first says 128 megs of ram
the second 256 megs of ram

any help would be appreciated!

You probably have 128MB of real RAM and 128 MB of swap space (virtual memory) -- giving you a total of 256MB.

If you login as admin and run the "top" command, you can see your memory usage and process list.
