We are offering support services for your hosting site so you do not have to go through the trouble of hiring people. Our team of Level 3 engineers will provide you with and support and service you will need. Because we are located in Bombay, India, where minimum wage laws are lower, we can provide you this service at less then half minimum wage. Our plans are as follows:
1)Dedicated Sysadmin/salestaff – A full time dedicated staff like a real employee. 8 hours per day, everyday ($550/month), this comes down to $2.30/hour. That’s less than half of the minimum wage in the US. Also you can order full 24 hours a day support for 1500/month.
2)General support- If the client doesn’t need a dedicated staff, and just want someone to be available 24x7, we offer the general support.
Men hours- Although our support staff are available 24x7 they are only limited to a certain hours per Month which they can work. Once they surpassed this hours we automatically charge the next price level. We measure the time from the moment the client contacts our staff by chat or when the staff starts working on the problem by e-mail.
The prices are
20 men hours/month $400
40 men hours/month $650
100 men hours/month $900
Add $50 for chat support
Add $250 for phone support
