I'm making like a poetry site and people submit it to me and I put it on the site and people can rate it .Anyone know where I can get a script that allows user to rate ,sorts stuff from highest rating to lowest and most popular ?

Do a search on hotscripts for "story boards" or better yet "fan fiction".
