I need a reseller. I don't know if it was a good thing I did by cancelling my reseller plan with Donhosts. It was doing pretty good the first few days..Then I had to go on vacation for a month so I cancelled my reseller account because I wouldn't be able to test DONHOST and see how they really are..Now I just got back yesterday and people are saying that it no longer has instant activation and so on so I am scared to rejoin DONHOST even though what they offer would've been nice to have!:( I would pay what donhost's reseller plan is just to have a reseller plan similar to donhost..What is you guys' suggestions...All of your suggestions so far have been sites that are like only 10gb transfer and like 500 mb...Thats too low..Any suggestions? similar to donhost?

Donhost said it will take between 0-2 hours for account activation.
If you add an account after 12 mid-night British Time it will take more than what they say.

Perhaps I should clear up a couple of things for you here...
1. Account activation is currently on manual for some reseller accounts not all.
2. Work is currently underway to upgrade the control panel code so that 'normal' service can resume (i.e. immediate account activation).
3. The manual account activation was deemed necessary because of downtimes caused by a now identified issue. Point #2 is addressing this.
All my previously posted issues have to the best of my knowledge been resolved thanks to recent communication and despite earlier frustrations I'm now pleased to report I'm happy with the way things are going, especially communication.
I honestly can't see any other options out there that match Donhosts, for now at least, so if you can live with the delays, by planning ahead a little, then I'd say "go for it".
Just bear in mind things like "no mailing lists", etc... and you should be fine.
Hope that helps

Hmm, I'm almost willing to take that bet (if I had the cash)
I actually think you may well be wrong. However I suspect that some changes will need to be made to avoid a slowdown on server resources, bandwidth, and the like.
We'll see ;)
Post- addition: Given the comments below it looks like I'm STILL being misunderstood... so to clarify... I am staying with Donhost which I would not be doing if I wasn't happy with the service. Granted there have been issues but they have been resolved to my satisfaction.

I'm going to take that chance for the second time and go with donhost. But before I do..Can someone with then who know all the facts tell me the good and bad things about them..I want the truth not lies. And don't say they don't respond because I got emails from Dan whenever I had a problem..I'll see what happens and hope they are not as bad as you guys make them look or make him look..whatever it is..

I'd suggest asking at http://www.communityzero.com/donhost/ for opinions as well.
Please read the edit on my previous post above too.
Thanks
