I received an e-mail from NetSol talking about this great new account manager they have. Has anyone used it yet? I've moved all my domains out of NetSol and can't test it.

I'm asking because last time I did call their tech support (maybe two months ago), the phone was answered immediately (no waiting on hold) and the support technician was quite helpful! It was actually some of the best support I've ever received.

I'm thinking...wondering...just possibly...maybe NetSol is actually getting their game together. I know it's like treason to suggest such a thing, but who knows. Hardee's can do it (if you've seen their latest commercials), so can NetSol.

Anyway, has anyone got the chance to use the new account manager yet? Is it really any better?

I got that e-mail too, but this so-called new account manager has been in place since last September. Yes, it is far better especially from the start of this year when it takes less than a couple of days to transfer domains OUT from NetSol. However, it's already too late, too little.

I think they've noticed their market stats as much as you have nameslave ;-) I'd make drastic changes to my business too.
