Ill try this one more time, last week I did not get a follow up from the people who responded.

We would like some flash added to our current heasder graphic. Also maybe a sound file playing in it with an on/off button etc. Nothing too fancy. Our budget is $25.

To expedite things please make a mockup and present it, makes it easier and quicker. Paypal is preffered for payment

Do you maybe have some examples of how you would like the flash header to be? I don't mean an exact copy but just something you like, cause in flash there are a lot of things possible :)
