Hi everyone, I have been looking around for a online database if you like. I need it to be able to store clients information e-amil address etc, be able to add new clients, basically everything modernbill does and perlbill. but I need more features. its not for web hosting its for a different job but sort of works same way.

I also will be keeping records offline and would liek to be able to use some sort of DB such as MS Excel to be able to add data or get data from this online database prog..

anyone know of one... price doe snot matter
