Not only did I get terrible service from halfpricehosting.com and experience rude treatment in writing and on the phone, but now is the icing on the cake -
They intend to continue billing me through my credit card, although I clearly ordered them to cancel my service early last month both by phone and several emails.
They proudly state they'll continue billing indefinietly until I fill out their online order form which requires a password to access which I deleted when I moved my accounts.
I have over a half-dozen emails indicating that they are well aware of my demands to cancel my account.
This morning, they actually sent me an email stating that they would rather pay an attorney to collect the fees than allow me to cancel. (I was on a quarterly plan and the last quarter was last month).
The lenghts they will go to collect about $20/mo from a former customer who has clearly demanded (a month ago now) that they cancel my account, borders on criminal. In fact, I think it IS criminal!
