I am just testing the water here.

I am reselling the space from DPN. They have assured me via e-mail that they do not check bandwidth usage. What they check is CPU usage and memory.... so no CPU and memory Intensive programmes. Legal MP3s, files and stuff are okay (for download).

Hi this is the reply I got from them:

We do not monitor bandwidth only server resources
such as CPU and memory. IF> it is a high bandwidth site then it will need to be sure the CPU usage doesn't go real high just for that site. other wise it is not a problem.

I think DPN pays the same price every month no matter how much of the OC-12 (622Mbps) bandwidth DPN uses. So if DPN use up the 622Mbps bandwidth.... it will be like a traffic jam on a highway but you don't pay extra.

First of all, what's DPN? If it's a company in malaysia, I may think the unlimited traffic is possible.

I saw a lot of hosting companies in Asia provided certain amount of space, but don't have any restrictions for bandwidth usage. As long as your content is within their TOS.
