Thanks webfors 08-12-2000, 02:51 PM They look good, except for the limited ip's, but I don't know anything about them. Anyone else have any experience with them? ------------------ "I AM!" Tek 10-22-2000, 01:47 AM I've been with DataPipe for more than three months. Since the day I signed up with them, I had problems. Each time that I paid with my credit card, they would say it was denied even though my bank says it went through. Customer service is poor. Each time I sent a support ticket, it would take several days to get it resolved. My latest problem consists of getting my server upgraded from a RaQ3 to a RaQ4. It has been a week since I put in my order for an upgrade and there is no progress. I call them every other day and they assure me that they are "working on it." Today, my upgraded RaQ4 was put up and was immediately taken down after finding problems. When the "upgraded" server was finally put up, I noticed that the specifications on their pricing sheet did not reflect what was actually in the server: 128MB of DRAM instead of 512MB; and one 14GB of hard drive instead of two 20GB drives with Raid 1 configuration. It makes me wonder if their support team is qualified to run such a business. |
