Hello I have a template for sale. The example shots have been highly compressed to save on bandwidth and can be found at

I have spent a considerate amount of my time on this template. Lots of templates that i see for sale only give you the adobe Photoshop file and you have to go in and do the image slicing and all. I have already thought about this and made html pages. You just need to change the text and wordings around to match your requirements.
What is included:
Both Photoshop PSD's (index page and plans page)
The CSS file and html web pages.
all the sliced images.
